Our Mission

UCI Scheduling & Conference Services is devoted to supporting the mission of UC Irvine by providing professional, service-oriented room scheduling, and event management services to on-campus and off-campus guests. We shall:

 

  • Provide campuswide and community support by scheduling the use of UCI properties and coordinating support services for students, faculty, staff and off-campus guests
  • Provide campuswide and community support through Master Calendar information and Marquee service
  • Provide event management services for residential and non-residential programs on a year-round basis
    •
UCI Scheduling & Conference Services is committed to serving your campus meeting and conference programming needs. Whether you plan to use the UCI Student Center or the various meeting rooms, lecture halls, residence halls, dining or athletic facilities, we will help you coordinate the details to ensure that your program will be a successful and enjoyable one.
