Summer Residential Conference Services

UCI's summer conference season spans from late-June through late August annually. Conference facilities can accommodate up to 2,200 people from the standard dormitory-style rooms to family-style apartments. In addition to reserving residence halls, our event planners can coordinate special catering, meeting rooms and special event locations, as well as audio-visual equipment and parking.

• Registered Campus Organizations: An authorized signer for the organization must go to the Scheduling & Conference Services office in person for any reservation requests.

 

• Campus Departments: Reservation requests may be made over the phone or in person.

 

• Off-Campus Users: Please complete and submit a Request for Use of University Properties
